Allow me to introduce myself and share a bit about our journey. I began my career in the Home Health industry over five years ago, initially working as a Quality Assurance Specialist. I later advanced to the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor at one of California's largest Home Health agencies, managing care for over 300 patients daily. During this time, I gained in-depth knowledge of home health regulations and became a certified coder.
With this expertise, I founded Home Health Coders to address the growing need for accurate and efficient home health coding and documentation services. Our team comprises certified professionals specializing in OASIS coding, with regular training to stay updated in the field.
In addition to leading Home Health Coders, I am also a practicing physician in New York. I am passionate about collaborating with individuals and organizations to achieve mutual success.
